J. Homan - President |

Mark Homan founded Diversified Management
in 1993 with many years of financial planning
and management experience. He is a Certified Financial
Planner® and a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to founding Diversified Management, Mark
was a partner in a leading international accounting
and consulting firm where he had extensive leadership
responsibilities in the financial planning practice.
He has provided many interviews for financial
publications, newspaper columns and television
features. Mark graduated from the University of
Missouri in 1977 with a degree in business administration,
majoring in accounting. |

Michael
P. Schmidt - Senior Vice President |

Mike Schmidt joined Diversified Management
in 1996. He is the Chief Compliance Officer of
DMI, and is a Certified Financial Planner®.
Prior to joining the company, Mike was a supervisor
in the securities department of a large regional
trust company. Mike graduated from the University
of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1990 with a degree
in business administration, majoring in finance. |

Prior to joining the company, Mike worked in sales
and marketing for investment management companies
headquartered in Illinois and Wisconsin. Mike
graduated form the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse
in 1996 with degrees in economics and history. |

R. Miller - Vice President |

Jason joined Diversified Management
in 1999 and is a Certified Financial Planner®.
Prior to joining the company, Jason worked in
marketing for an investment management company
headquartered in Wisconsin. Jason graduated summa
cum laude from Marquette University in 1999 with
a degree in business administration, majoring
in finance and marketing. |

Chad
A. Thistle - Manager of Tax Services |

Chad joined Diversified Management
in October 2004 to manage income tax planning
and compliance. He is a Certified Financial Planner®
and holds a Masters of Tax Science degree from
the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Chad has
prior experience with regional investment management,
banking and brokerage firms and holds several
securities licenses. His undergraduate degree
in finance was earned in 1998 from the University
of Wisconsin-Whitewater. |

Garren joined Diversified Management in 2006. Previously, Garren worked for a national financial planning and brokerage firm. Garren graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2003 with a degree in business administration, majoring in finance.
